With the Gritz Custom 12" all End Grain Rectangle Board| Ash

This is a custom Size Board coming in at 12 inches by 16 inches just over an inch thick. That makes this the "Swiss Army Knife" of cutting boards. It's big enough to carve meat and make large dinners but not to big or cumbersome to fit on most counter tops.

End Grain are the best type of boards for heavy use. Cutting on the end of the grain shows less knife marks and the grain can actually in a way heal itself from the marks of your knife.

All our Cutting boards are like fine whisky, made in small batches to ensure quality and individuality. We use a variety of Domestic and Exotic Hardwoods and all the colors are the natural wood.
