Books or cutting boards? This set of three cutting boards are designed to look like hardbound books sitting on your kitchen counter.

This set contains three books... one Walnut, Cherry and Quarter-sawn Oak. Each book is approximately 10x15. When bought as a set it will include a stand.

a note about cross contamination.

If cutting boards are washed well between uses there is no need to worry about cross contamination from chicken or meat to your vegetables or breads because of their antibiotic characteristics. 

Where a set of three comes in handy (other than just looking so cool) is when you are prepping chicken or meat at the same time as veggies or other items and do not have time to wash in between.

All our Cutting boards are like fine whisky, made in small batches to ensure quality and individuality. We use a variety of Domestic and Exotic Hardwoods and all the colors are the natural wood.

Finished with our own cutting board conditioner These are food safe from the Glue we use to the fishing steps.
